FixPred 7.0 (January 2014)
The FixPred database is a collection of protein sequences corrected by the FixPred pipeline. The FixPred database may be searched in various ways (SEARCH FIXPRED) and you may also correct your sequence (identified as erroneous by MisPred, (http://www.mispred.com/) using the FixPred pipeline (CORRECT YOUR SEQUENCE).
